Things are a little wild in the shipping and courier world at the moment, here's the latest from our post room on COVID & Brexit updates...


UK Customers

We are experiencing only slight COVID delays. A small number of orders are being affected. If your order is affected expect minimal delays of 1-3 days.
(This can change depending on affected areas).

EU Customers

Due to both COVID & Brexit many orders to the EU are being delayed by anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month. Some orders are arriving as per expected time frames.

Depending on the country we are also seeing customs and duty fees being enforced on some orders.

GERMAN customers please be aware this is affecting around 50% of orders. If your order is stopped at customs you will be required to pay all necessary fees. 

International Customers

Our fulfilment centres are filling orders and handing packages to carriers in a timely manner, however our postal and courier partners have told us that they are experiencing moderate to severe shipping delays due to Covid-related staff and transport shortages. We are seeing delays anywhere from 2 weeks up to 2 months, depending on the destination. For example Australia and New Zealand are enforcing some of the strictest COVID policies right now, resulting in very long customs delays.


If your items arrive late we sincerely apologise, and we appreciate your patience during this unprecedented time.

£3 - Flat Rate Shipping - Delivery within 3-5 working days (Royal Mail 2nd Class).

£4.95 - First Class Shipping - Delivery within 1-3 working days (Royal Mail 1st Class).

£9.95 - Next working day - If ordered by 2pm the day before.

£5 - Tracked Delivery to Europe in 4 to 7 working days.

£8.95 - Signed For delivery to Europe in 4 to 7 working days (this method requires a signature from the recipient upon delivery).

£8.95 - Tracked Delivery in 25-35 working days. (Australia & NZ are destinations where COVID has impacted delivery times). 

£13.95 - Signature Required (tracked) - Delivery in 25 to 35 working days. This method requires a signature from the recipient upon delivery.

£34.99 - International Courier - Tracked - 5-7  working days.

We ship via Royal Mail or DHL GlobalMail from the UK, and our shipping times & guarantees are based on us relying on their service. (For this reason we also work around UK public holidays).

IMPORTANT NOTE ON CUSTOMS: As much as we want to befriend them, the Customs departments of every country vary greatly. We can't guarantee you won't experience delays or customs charges, as they don't share information on their processes or timings. We'll do our best to work with you to solve any issues, but we can't take responsibility for any dealings with your country's Customs service, and you must pay any Customs charges.


We have partnered with Route ™️ , a Shipping Protection Provider that will guarantee a refund or replacement of your order from loss, damage or theft.  For a nominal fee at checkout you can completely ensure peace of mind that your order will be delivered or your money back. The cost is usually around £1, however the fee is calculated depending on the size of the order.

We want you to be 100% happy with your Kapow Meggings apparel. Should you not be pleased with your purchase, return your item(s) in their original condition (meaning not worn or washed) for a full refund/exchange. For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept underwear returns/exchanges for items that have not been tried on. Our return period is 30 days from receipt of item.

We offer FREE returns within the UK. Please post your return within 21 days of generating a returns slip through the Kapow returns portal. Items not posted within 21 days of generating the returns slip will incur a £3.99 processing & restocking charge. This returns policy is part of what allows us to offer free returns, thanks for your understanding homies! 



Whilst we accept returns and exchanges from the EU and other international destinations, you must pay the return shipping cost to send the item(s) back to our warehouse in the UK. However, Kapow will send your replacement / exchange back out to you free of charge.

We do not take responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending any items.
