COVID SHIPPING DELAYS AFFECTING SOME REST-OF-WORLD ORDERS 

Due to COVID some orders are arriving as per normal delivery times, while others are experiencing delays up to 2-4 weeks. Depending on the country we are also seeing customs and duty fees being enforced on some orders (you will be responsible for customs fees if they are incurred).

£29.99 - DHL Express International Courier - Tracked - 7-12  working days. Currently COVID delays.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Varies by country but is generally between £19.99 - £29.99 for DHL Express Courier. Please add items to Cart and proceed to “Shipping Options” page in order to see pricing for your location. Delivery times range from 7 to 15 working days. COVID is impacting delivery times.

All deliveries sent by our mail partners, Royal Mail or DHL. Depending on destination, last leg can be fulfilled by the national mail carrier of destination country. Shipping times & guarantees are based on their services. (For this reason we also adhere to UK and German public holidays).

Kapow is a UK company. Our products are designed in Australia and ship from London (for UK and Rest Of World orders) and Germany (for EU orders).

CUSTOMS TAX / DUTY FEES

Important notice on Customs: Customs departments of every country vary greatly. We can't guarantee you won't experience delays or customs charges, and do not take responsibility for your country's Customs service. You will be responsible for any Customs charges incurred. 

SHIPPING PROTECTION / DELIVERY INSURANCE

We recommend selecting Navidium Shipping Protection when you place your order. For a small fee (usually around £1-2, the exact cost is calculated on the size of your order), this will guarantee replacement or a refund in the event of any Loss, Damage or Theft that occurs during delivery. Navidium Shipping Protection is available during the checkout process, and looks like this:

Kapow will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages that deselect Navidium Shipping Insurance. 

Note:

  • Claims must be submitted to info@kapowmeggings within 7 days of the order being lost or stolen. 
  • When refunding an item, Navidium Shipping Protection covers the subtotal of the order excluding shipping costs, taxes, and the Navidium Shipping Protection charge.
  • Navidium Shipping Protection does not cover a wrong address entered at the time of placing the order. 
  • Navidium Shipping Protection does not cover an order stuck in international customs. The customer is responsible for any customs fees associated with their country of residence. 
  • If damaged, Navidium requires further evidence of the customer’s damaged item (i.e. more photos, videos, etc.).
  • If stolen, Navidium requires evidence of a police report on orders over £130

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% happy with your Kapow Meggings purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, return your item(s) in their original condition (not worn other than to try on) for a full refund or exchange. For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept underwear returns / exchanges for items that have not been tried on. Our return period is 30 days from receipt of item. If you would like to return or exchange your order for any reason, please email us at returns@kapowmeggings.com.

FREE Returns Within The UK: Email us at info@kapowmeggings.com with the details of your return and we will activate the returns process through our returns portal. Please post your return within 21 days of generating a returns slip through the Kapow returns portal. Items not posted within 21 days of generating the returns slip will incur a £3.99 processing charge. This returns policy is part of what allows us to offer free returns – thanks for your understanding! To be eligible for free returns you must have purchased through our website kapowmeggings.co.uk. 

EU Returns: Return packages must be shipped prepaid by the customer. Returns will be processed once the items are received by our warehouse. We cannot take responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance and a tracking number before sending any items.
