Brexit Shipping Delays
Due to Brexit and the uncertainty around UK > EU shipping flows we are not sure as to order delivery times for any orders made from the EU from the 29th December onwards. As we ship all items from our UK warehouse please be aware for any EU orders made from this date (29th December) we will need to 'wait and see' with regards to order delivery times. The postal systems and courier networks are working hard to ensure a smooth transition, however we all need to be prepared for delays. Thanks for your understanding.
Holiday Shipping Delays
As a result of reduced shipping capacity due to COVID-19 and increased volume of holiday and Christmas shipments, Royal Mail have advised that some orders might experience delays. Depending on the destination this can range from 1-2 days up to 2 weeks. So whilst there is every possibility of your order arriving as per normal timeframes, please be aware there might be some delay.
EU & International Shipping

In addition the new strain of COVID found in the UK has meant some countries have closed borders to the UK completely. This means we cannot send parcels or accept returns until these restrictions are lifted (at this stage they will be lifted on the 2nd January). We will continue to track this and update on this page as necessary.

We've Extended Our Return Period To 45 Days
Are you buying meggings as a Christmas gift for a lucky loved one? We've extended our returns window to 45 days, so the recipient can exchange an item for a better size, or swap for a different style, after the Christmas period.
If you need to return an item yourself, we've got your back! Please post back to us within 45 days of receiving your order. Once they're in the post we'll wait as long as needed to receive any item, as we know there are postal delays in some locations.

CUSTOMS TAX/ DUTY FEES
IMPORTANT NOTE ON CUSTOMS: As much as we want to befriend them, the Customs departments of every country vary greatly. We can't guarantee you won't experience delays or customs charges, as they don't share information on their processes or timings. We'll do our best to work with you to solve any issues, but we can't take responsibility for any dealings with your country's Customs service, and you must pay any Customs charges.

We want you to be 100% happy with your Kapow Meggings apparel. Should you not be pleased with your purchase, return your item(s) in their original condition (meaning not worn or washed) for a full refund/exchange. For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept underwear returns/exchanges for items that have not been tried on. Our return period is 30 days from receipt of item.

We offer FREE returns within the UK. Please post your return within 21 days of generating a returns slip through the Kapow returns portal. Items not posted within 21 days of generating the returns slip will incur a £3.99 processing & restocking charge. This returns policy is part of what allows us to offer free returns, thanks for your understanding homies!
EU & GLOBAL RETURNS
Whilst we accept returns and exchanges from the EU and other international destinations, you must pay the return shipping cost to send the item(s) back to our warehouse in the UK. However, Kapow will send your replacement / exchange back out to you free of charge.
We do not take responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending any items.
